MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Levi Todd St. Clair, age 32, of Calera, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to one count of Illegal Manufacture of Firearm, punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
The Indictment alleged that from in or about March 2025 to on or about May 2, 2025, St. Clair knowingly and unlawfully manufactured seven AR-15 machinegun conversion devices, each lacking markings or a serial number. During the plea hearing, St. Clair agreed the Government could prove he manufactured these items and failed to register them with the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record as required by law.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Choctaw Nation Lighthorse Police.
The Honorable Jason A. Robertson, Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, accepted the plea and ordered the completion of a presentence investigation report.
A U.S. District Court Judge will determine the sentence to be imposed after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.
St. Clair will remain on bond with conditions pending sentencing.
